After 2 weeks of being sick Claire finally got to play in her first T-Ball game. She was so excited. Last night we had practice and she did great! She was so excited to be back. She got up to bat and off she went. She just started hitting those balls one after another. She was great. I think Matt could not have been more proud. It was unexpected for sure.
This morning Claire was up bright and early for her 8:30am game. She had no idea what to do (having never played a game of baseball) but she was ready. When it was her time up to bat she put on her helmet and hit the first ball. She was not quite sure what to do after she hit the ball but quickly remembered to fun to first. She did great! Then when she went out on the field she went after every ball that was hit. She could not get enough. She had a HUGE smile on her face and loved it. She even got be be catcher. She had a great time.
Matt and I were so proud:)

ok it's been way too long since i've checked your blog. i know we talk so i should know how old your kids are, but i am amazed at how old they look...especially addy! the last time i saw her she was 1! she and claire look so much alike. matt must be so proud of a daughter who's good at baseball. claire's birthday party looks so cute. and i LOVE that picture of the girls holding hands. you must frame that.
