Sunday we went to Oak Glen apple picking. This is something that Matt used to do as a child that we decided to pass along to our children. We started going when Claire was about 9 months old. Usually we go in November but this year we decided to go in October hoping to see some fall festivities. We also decided to have our good friends the Bennett's go (they have two girls the same age as ours). Much to our surprise it was totally crowded so we could not do very many things. We did however pick loads of apples. They are so yummy! overall is was a great day. The girls had a fun time and so did we. I think we will go again in November when it is a little cooler and not as crowded.

that looks so cute and fun. there's an orchard here that we can go to but it's on the other side of town so i've never been. what a fun family activity. fresh fruit is so much more delicious than store bought anyday.
